order in lots of 5 or more identical jewelry items
eligible for a bulk discount will receive discounts of up
to 20% based on our discount tier system.

How do I
go about taking advantage of a bulk discount?
Simply fill
out our online bulk order inquiry form and a customer
service representative will contact you within 1-3
business days via e-mail to confirm bulk item availability
and issue a payment invoice. Please note that this
form is an inquiry form and an order is only processed if
you submit payment in response to the invoice. We
accept payment for all bulk orders online using a credit
card, or check/money order by mail.
How long
will it take for me to receive my bulk order?
Bulk orders
should be placed well in advance from the time you need
your items delivered. Bulk orders take 1-3 weeks
depending upon the quantity ordered. A more accurate
delivery estimate time will be e-mailed to you after the
bulk order form has been received.
What if
I want to see the item in person before placing a bulk
order?
You may
purchase the item from our website to view it in person,
and in the event you decide to purchase a bulk order, a
price adjustment will be made towards the bulk order.
For example, if you purchase one jade and white pearl
necklace for $60 to view in person before ordering in
bulk, and then you decide to order 4 more to complete a 5
bulk item order, you will receive a 10% discount on the 4
additional necklaces plus an additional $6 towards the
order to reflect the complete bulk order. In the
event you decide not to bulk order, the necklace can be
returned in the condition it was received within 30 days
for a refund. Please note that shipping on refunds
is non-refundable.
Am I
allowed to resell Serrano Jewelry Co. jewelry?
Yes.
Customers who bulk order are allowed to resell our jewelry
at prices of their own discretion.
Does my
bulk order come individually wrapped with boxes and bows?
The bulk order items do not
come individually wrapped with box and bow. Rather,
they are securely shipped as bulk items. If you
would like each of your items individually wrapped with
box and bow, there is a charge of $.50 per item.
Is there a shipping fee
for bulk orders?
There is a very low $8 flat
rate shipping, handling, and insurance fee for all bulk
orders.
Can I
return my bulk order?
Bulk orders
are returnable within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to the higher volume nature of
bulk orders, bulk order returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee. Thus, if you would like to view a
piece in person before ordering in bulk, we suggest
ordering one item and then placing a bulk order.
Can bulk
discounts apply to on sale items?
No, bulk
discounts cannot be applied to sale items.
